Hiiiii Everyone!
It’s been a little while since I graced your inbox! Can I just smooth that over with a #Life comment? No? Shucks. Okay, well I’ll give you all my excuses below in the The Girl’s section.
So, I know there have been a lot of posts since I wrote to you last. As in the past, I’m not going to insult you by listing every last thing Ray has done since… cough… Christmas. So below is the blog highlight reel, latest on YouTube, and all the news from The FIT File duo!

Most notably, Ray has JUST posted the In-Depth Review of GoPro’s Media Mod Accessory. It seems the Media Mod accessory is great for some things and has pretty specific uses. So, really, you need to check it out yourself for a user by user case if it’s a good add on to your GoPro-ing lifestyle!

Some exciting news for our European, Aussie, Kiwi, and “wherever else they ship” Readers! Ray has finally put into place a partnership with the cycling company Wiggle. A company who’s name always makes me giggle… sorry, couldn’t help it. We are super excited about this because Wiggle has for sure the biggest spread on bike-esq product things! And by shopping though the links on the website (or in this newsletter), you’re basically shopping local by contributing to our affiliate-link commissions! You’ve been asking for it, and now you have it! Woot! Thanks for supporting the blog and continuing to push Ray into making connections with more options for more readers!
Next up, a hot topic, Polar’s new H9 Heartrate Strap. While I found the “everything you wanted to know” extremely boring, it seems to have garnered a lot of attention and comments. So, I guess if you’re on team Polar, you might like it too?

Then we have the latest 5 Random Things post. I would think that most of you know that Ray and I (and P3) took a little work-personal-trip to Australia and Singapore. We Met up with GPLama, Baby Lama, and Baby-Lama-Mama for the Tour Down Under. And capped that off with a quick 48 hours of eating all the things in Singapore. So this post rounds up the latter portion of the travels.

And the last ones I’ll leave you with, I think are pretty neat. Ray did a round up of the Tour Down Under bike tech. Of course, ladies first. Here is the TDU 2020 Pro Women’s Tech gear, followed by the Men’s TDU Bike Computers and Men’s TDU Power Meters.
I’ll leave it at that for now. Thanks for catching up with me, I promise to be back in style next week!
The FIT File with DC Rainmaker and GPLAMA:
The latest podcasts are up, episode 97 and 98. Episode 97 went into detail on how he unlocked a new Dutch cycling achievement. And episode 98 was the boys back together again, this time in the land of Oz. So take a listen to the shenanigans they get into down there! Oh, and episode 99 is in the works and was recorded live in front of a full house at the Rapha pop-up store at the Tour Down Under!
And for your streaming convenience, you can pick your fancy of streaming platforms via iTunes, Google Play, or Spotify. As always, don’t forget to hit those subscribe buttons for updates… and to make Ray and Shane feel warm and fuzzy inside.
