I did the Zwift Academy race today (40 miles!) and my 945 told me to take the weekend off, so I’m doing an easy run tomorrow, and then on Sunday I’m going to try a meetup/group workout “hack” in Zwift. Hopefully the recovery estimator is being overly cautious and I won’t die.
