My brother visited from out of town, so we went on a bike ride around the area and earned some caloric deficit before pigging out (or should I say refueling?) and celebrating both of our birthdays since we are both October babies!
After he left, the deficit was not enough so I spent some time looking for some inclines / climbs just to work a bit more Korean BBQ & Boba off!
