So i get out of the house during 21:00 every day and the road is completely empty. Like an episode from 28 days after :)
Home bodyweight and kettlebell workout on Wednesday. I managed to tweak my back, so I’m resting now and hope to be able to go for a run next week (live in countryside and we are allowed to do sports outside as long as it’s alone in nature).
Zwift for only 25 minutes. A certain four year old would not allow much more than that.

10 mile run today – outdoors… would you believe!? Luckily we are still allowed to run outdoors here in New Zealand, as long as you keep to the social distancing etiquette.

Living room cardio / strength session. 3 sets: 10 min trainer ride (on my very old cyclops fluid trainer) 10 min core strength with random hand weights. Imperfect, but safe.

Yesterday I got out with the kid to do some hill repeats in the neighborhood. The neighbor’s dog cheered for us every time up.

Yesterday, a sunny, warm 30 mile ride through Rock Creek Park to the end of Beach with the hilly route at the finish. Felt great, it was really needed, and it’s raining today.

After taking a 4 mile hike my fiancé and I did a comfortable 7 miles on a local bike trail to stretch out a bit.

I have a cheap treadmill at home in a room with Apple TV. Have been using the Peleton 90 day free trial and its been great. Last workout was a 60 minute tread/weights bootcamp!

Been sick for the last week so no training for me recently. Last workout propably was spinning for an hour.
Solo ride in lovely south coast of Massachusetts.
Half mile intervals on the treadmill training for a June marathon that hasn’t been cancelled…yet. Last outdoor run included constant weaving from one side of the road to the other to avoid all the walkers, runners and cyclists coming out of hibernation.
