It was sunny, I’m allowed to ride alone in the UK so I took a couple of hours out of working at home and went for a lovely bike ride in the sun, got a puncture, first one in about 3 years so I was due one ?

35 minute spin on my non smart trainer in the garage. A big difference to my last ride which was at Challenge Wanaka.

I managed a five mile steady run on Tuesday. Sadly had to abort today after less than a mile, ankle not feeling great.

Well my last activity was going for a hike this afternoon after a webinar where I learned that the WHO and CDC do not like the term “social distancing.” The correct terminology is “physical distancing.” No need to be unsocial as long as you are physically distant.

On Tuesday, a simple low intensity 60min ride
Digital coach TrainerRoad tells me when to ride, how long to ride, how hard to ride. TV screen keeps my brain disengaged enough. Digital trainer handles the resistance. If you could take me out of the loop, there would be nary a human involved!
My last ride was a 1h engine builder workout at Watopia.
