Did an 11 mile training run on Saturday morning with some friends.
All day at coaching daughter’s softball team Saturday in a tournament. Miserably cold for April. Sunday, short first ride with new Watteam Powerbeat in 30 mph winds and installed new hub on Powertap wheel. Worn slick. Need some new gear.

I ran my first half marathon, below my target time of 1h50′, despite having been sick for the previous three days. It was great!
Ran 15km (ish) home from work on Friday night, as a ‘should I enter a half marathon?’ test. Still undecided but it did let me justify beer and nachos when I got home.
Quick Bike ride on Friday after work, and finally got to enjoy spring weather in the northeast on Saturday.
A flat,muddy,rainy run back home after a week in the Lake District. Back to 0 elevation gains. Slowly getting faster.

My team and I rode a charity ride to fund leukemia and lymphoma society. It was an epic metric century ride through beautiful North Carolina countryside.

New Forest Spring Sportive – first outdoor ride of the year
Ran a nice easy 14 miler.
Cycled the AMSTEL GOLD RACE 150km, crushed some PR’s according to the live segments of my Wahoo Element Bolt, but still guesstimating the Watts. Spend the Sunday watching the Pro’s.

Started the weekend with a 7mile run on Friday evening, a short bike of 12miles on Saturady, and finished with 1500yard swim on Sunday … Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Rode from Amsterdam to Keukenhof to see the tulips. Yes…into the stiff North Sea headwind.

A 14k run in the sunshine on Saturday. Unfortunately my Plantar Fasciit decided to have a bad day on Sunday, so I just took a 3k slow run with one of the dogs then.
Getting soaking wet and cold walking around in chicago and then spending a couple of hours recovering in an airplane. Not as sporty as I wanted.
Enjoyed a nice 30 mike ride with friends followed by a swim and easy run after a post 70.3 recovery week.
Did my first long’ish ride of the year (>80Km). Is spring or summer here yet?
Seems to have been a long winter for some of us that stayed in the northern hemisphere. ..envy…

TV marathon on indoor trainer over a freezing rain/ice storm weekend.
Due to a massive ice storm in southern Ontario this weekend I did 100km on Zwift to unlock the 100km badge and the 25 laps of the Volcano loop badge.
Then I went outside and dug the car and house out of the ice.
My weekend involved jamming in two 6 mile runnings days between gardening and yard work. I must say, gardening was a lot more tiring!
I raced a 12k trail race on a wonderful mountain in Cyprus.
I did nothing, still in recovery mode after the previous weekends Xterra tri!
I was on a Triathlon coaching weekend, aiming to get my qualifications. I managed to cram in 3 Sufferfest’s videos too.

Did some local plogging. I think the key pocket on my running shorts needs to be way bigger to hold the trash.

I painted the house without getting any paint my 4 small children….and a 20 mile trainer ride.

I went running for the third time of the week. And I cannot remember when that has last happened. So that was something new and “adventurous”.
I did a 35 miler. And then an easy spin the next day. I am not sure why I am so sore.

All indoor training for me which included a 2000m interval swim, a 80km on the trainer and a 14km run!
As I continue to rebuild form after not being able to train for a while I climbed the first handful of bends of Zwift’s road to the sky.
I just finished the Boston marathon ;) Not the best weather, but we couldn’t choose the date I guess :p
First group ride with a new bike after the winter in the basement. Plenty of PR’s to motivate for the next group ride.
Coming back to running after a 4yr injury forced lay off, did my first 8k for 4 years
FTP test on zwift Saturday. 30 mile recovery ride through the scenic farmlands of western Colorado on Sunday.
About 1.5 hours on the trainer on Saturday followed by a 10 mile run on Sunday
The sunday I went to ride a bike near to Bogotá, 80 km of which 16k was mountain to a site called Alto de las Margaritas
Unfortunately limited to gardening this weekend, but it’s almost exercise. :-)
