Ive been logging miles for a Lazy Mans Tri at my local YMCA.
I just ran 10km but felt like a half marathon. Since I became a father 18 months ago, I can’t train to my previous standards and it’s like I’m not going to get fit again for a long time. Anyway, a new gadget is always welcome! :-)
47Mile bike ride with horses, tractors followed by 2 hours of Abs/Core and 1hr swim speed session. Definitely deserved the sunday roast after that.

I ran a 10K with some throat ache and a blister on my left foot. It was a kind of adventure. Anyway, I managed to finish in 40 min

Is it considered an athletic adventure if one outrides the rain? If so, that’s what I did over the weekend, I pedaled into my driveway on Saturday, about 10 minutes ahead of the rain.
I started a local club century ride parcours 1 hour earlier so I can come home in time for the birthday of my son.
This weekend I finally emerged from my hibernation and did a 5 mile run and then built a shed on Sunday as crossfit
Lots of rehab: yoga, stretching, light weight circuit. Trying to keep the shoulder from screaming. Also did the sideline track and soccer mom thing!
Did a 55sh road ride that was south of Atlanta. Trying to build a better engine for upcoming races.
Pushed both of my kids in our double bob for a 5 mile run to the neighborhood park. Then I did a full body workout while they played.

Took advantage of gorgeous weather to bike down to the DC Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial to see the cherry blossoms! Also did a few Hains Point loops at your old stomping grounds :)
