Today is Friday – you made it to the end of the week. But more importantly, today is also Australia Day. I only know that because I’m in Australia, and the beaches are more crowded than the starting line of a marathon (still, I pretended to workout and went for a short swim). Thus, it seems reason enough to give away some gadget goodness. But fear not, I won’t be restricting this to those in Australia, or any other country. Anyone, anywhere on earth, is welcome to join as always.
Somehow it’s been far too long since we’ve last done a giveaway. I seriously don’t know how, because I talk about it almost every month with the Clever Training crew, and then somehow it slips off my radar. Perhaps we just need more holidays to have faux reasons for me to give stuff away.
The winner will get a $500 credit to CleverTraining.com, my most excellent partner in this giveaway crime. By supporting the site through Clever Training you also can save 10% on almost anything they sell (or get points instead). If you win, you can use that credit for anything from the GoPro Hero6 Black, to a Suunto Spartan Ultra, to a random pair of socks, to the Garmin Vector 3 power meter, or heck, even towards a new trainer. Whatever floats your boat (note: they don’t sell boats). Also note, your credit is in US dollars, not Australian – otherwise you’d get less. Nobody wants less.
How to enter:
Simply leave a short description of what product you’d get and why (but don’t worry, you can change your mind later if you win).
The reason you need a short description of ‘why’ is that if you just put a simple product name (I.e. F5), you’ll likely get caught up in my SPAM filters. And nobody wants to be sandwiched between two pieces of SPAM. Got all that?
Good luck!
The giveaway entry period will run through Monday, January 29th, 2018 until 11:59PM US Eastern Time. Winner will be selected randomly. One entry per person. The selected product/products will then be ordered immediately and shipped immediately, assuming they’re in stock.

It would take me halfway to a NEW KICKR…

Garmin FR935 for my hubby
360 camera to film the beautiful Sonoran desert sunsets while riding my MTB
I would like the Suunto Spartan Wrist HR because Suunto products are so good, and to have everything I need in one watch, would be awesome.
Garmin vector 3 – yo!!!!
Garmin vector 3 for the wife!
I’ve been working my swim a lot over the winter so some swim toys particularly the ameo breather would be great for sure to make sure my technique is in check and to add some fun into the sessions.
Garmin vector 3 for the road bike
I’d live to get the Suunto Spartan Ultra, an upgrade to my Ambit2 which I could pass on to my husband as he slowly takes on the challenges of distance running. Already smashing his pb.
Garmin Forerunner 935 maybe…
I would get a Garmin Vector 3 because today (27.01) it is my birthday and my wife got me a set of cut boards instead of something for my bike or gift card at a bike shop. And with the power meter I could actually check how I’m recovering from a knee surgery.
Probably a Garmin Watch. Since its the only one i’ve ever had. Got into It because os Ray’s review

I would get the Tacx smart trainer which I have had in my cart at Amazon for 2 weeks but just can’t seem to pull the plug on and plunk down 400+ dollars on because… a) I already have a dumb trainer, b) keep thinking spring is right around the corner c) well I don’t have a c but lets just say I’m getting cheap as I get older!
I don’t know what I’d get! :-( Either some sort of new swimming watch, or a contribution to some Vector 3s.
Garmin 520 bundle would be nice.
Got to be a Suunto
Probably a new Garmin watch with HR monitoring in the wrist.
I would be interested in trying out a trainer! Tacx Neo looks to be a lot of fun and gives me a way to crosstrain at home.
I would get a powermeter so I can train properly!
I am just getting in to cycling and would use it to get a GPS like the Garmin Edge 1000 or the Wahoo Fitness ELEMNT BOLT. That way I won’t need to keep using the Bike function of my running watch!
I would love if i got garmin edge 1030, because i need maps on my cycling trainings, i dont have much orientation ? so get lost qiuck.
I’d get a wheel-off smart trainer. The drum on my Kurt Kinetic Road Machine has grooves worn in it from years of use, and the old ant+ powertap wheel that I use for power is several generations behind.
It would be a tough choice between a power meter and smart trainer. I’d probably lean toward the power meter. A Garmin or Powertap set perhaps.
Garmin 935 most definitely beacause of great feature set and rare need of charging for those very long sessions.
I’d probably get the GoPro Hero 6!
I want a Kickr pls, I would spend more time training at home
Garmin Vectors for me, so I can race on power not feel. Although what I really want is a swim Ergometer but I don’t think CT have them. I’m assuming we can use a comparable amount on the UK site?

My FR220 could really use an upgrade, which is why I would love to get a FR645 Music. I especially like the small size of the watch.
