I ran the brooklyn half marathon this weekend. 1:38:36 with a negative split. fenix3 on board. didnt wear my HRM since i didnt want to see a huge number and worry about it… if i win, I’ll get the 935….
then i saw Kings of Leon. they were great… back to tri training… Mont Tremblant 70.3 on the way.

My plans are to get a long run in , assuming the Florida weather cooperates, and get a short bike ride it. Lets call it the start of my training for NYC. Long way to go.
I’ll be cycling to work and then spending the rest of the time running around the Emergency Dept. Maybe even patching up some participants of the Edinburgh marathon…

Two days of running timing at our XC Duathalon and MTB series events. The athletic part will be the lugging the equipment into place! You never know, I might even get the chance to go around the course myself.
Bike ride, then bathroom renovation.
Taking a nice long bike ride of course, as long as the weather cooperates.
Should be paddling the river.
Public holiday weekend coming up and my aim is cycling about 200 miles of river / canal towpaths as I map an off road route for major “for me” challenge next year or year after.
Best bit, family ride shorter sections, then we all meet up for lunch / dinner.

Love the site Ray, this weekend is big training here in Ontario as I ramp for the Norseman, Hil work (bike and Run) on Friday, 160bike and 10k run on Saturday and 120k and 10k run on Sunday.

This weekend marks the 40th Anniversary of the Horsey Hundred Century Ride and I will be riding (weather permitting) Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Trail run Sat morning, then mowing the grass with a pair of scissors. Sunday, Emerald City ride in Seattle (hoping to lap the course twice before they kick us out) and then maybe the Rapha Giro Tribute ride. Monday, Seven Hills of Kirkland Metric Century + extra bonus miles.
Camping and then a long ride once I get back to civilization.
I’m going to be running a Veterans Day 5k here in beautiful Lake Orion MI & I’ll push my 2 1/2 son with me then maybe do some joy bike riding with my wife & pull the kid too & stop & play a lil tennis!
