It’s March already. Which means that for many in the Northern Hemisphere you’re likely starting to increase the mileage and times of your workouts in preparation for the spring and summer ahead. Only dry day in the Bay is Saturday, so it’ll be a long road hammer fest.
Gonna sit on the trainer for a couple of hours on Saturday then go ride 40 miles of Virginia rocks on Sunday. Good times.
Will be attending IWA Outdoor Classics tomorrow so a lot of walking there, then back to Holland and a recovery Tacx ride or maybe a short spin outdoors.

Flying back home tommorow after 10 days of training in Spain, so an hour recovery spin on sunday. Thats all probably.
I’ll be taking a short ride to a friends house in the next town over to work on her bike, which is in fairly bad shape after a crash.
