This is birthday party weekend for our little one, so I’m going to say that chasing kids around the yard counts as exercise.
Going back to running after small surgery, 12 miles on Saturday and maybe 8 on Sunday.
I’ll be riding 40-50 miles in the 40 degree temps of the Northwoods of Minnesota this weekend.

An awesome weekend of Cyclocross racing at HPCX (Highland Park CX) in Jamesburg NJ. Awesome course with lots of climbs, off camber turns and sand pits. Sure to push me to my limits
