Well, the weekend is over but it was a busy one…
On Saturday, I’ve went for a training on an athletic stadium. It was mostly some general and coordintation exercises as some of the guys were going for a race later that day.
On Sunday I’ve went for a long run with some friends. We were running on a 1,5 km forest loop but in the end it wasn’t a long run at all, more like tempo runs. One of my lady colleagues has brought a 10 year old son, who decided he wanted to brake his “record” on that loop. First loop was easy (6:00/km) but on the second the kid was so fast we found it difficult to keep up :D He did brake his record by a whole minute and the next loops we kept the tempo up instead of slowing down (the boy only did 2 loops). The last loop was almost a race :D
