Now that the weekend is actually over, I can say that it involved a lot less training than I had intended. How does that happen? And so often, as well?
Finished last 3 week trading block. Now taper for JFK 50 mile trail run in Maryland next month on my 56th birthday.
Restarting to run… After a few years of stopping!
Wakeboarding… 60km scenic two wheeled bike adventure with several km or gravel! Bulk Making a Murder ep watching.
Avoiding Eastern Brown snakes while MTB’g through the local Conservation park.
Am slowly mastering the rollers. Can now remove bottle from cage, drink from bottle and return it to the cage without a wobble.
Cycling, cycling and cycling
A swim session with a masters group who all put me to shame and an easy long run I think.
Recovering after Beach to Battleship, so just walk with the dog on Capitol Hill. Does it count?
Sleeping a lot, pampering myself before off-season training to start…

Its my birthday on Monday so parkrun and gym done this weekend to make it feel less guilty.

After that, it’ll be training hard to get back up to speed.

If I win, I’m going to use this on my Honeymoon in January! We are going to Australia to have a Triathlon-themed Honeymoon! This weekend I am going to swim endless laps in the pool!

Mtb race called Happy witchride 23riders at the start 18 made it to the finish 95km later
