This weekend is the start of my swim training to achieve a distance of one mile continuously.
Last group ride of the season for my Saturday group, then a floor hockey game Sunday. Time to start thinking about trainerroad plans for the trainer season unfortunately.

On the docket as you say was the “Marathon de Magog”, a 10k race in Quebec Canada. Unfortunately, with a broken collar bone, it was a no go … did some cycling on the trainer instead!
