Took my 8-yr old son on a 22 mile ride to his favorite hill-climb in the morning yesterday. Then did my ridiculous 2.5-hr Trainer Road workout in the evening. 2.5 hours on an indoor trainer is brutal, but effective!
We’ve started our annual winter trainer sessions in our Wahoo Kickr Studio at NOW Bikes and Fitness, St. Paul. This means threshold testing for ~80 athletes is starting this weekend. #wattagecottage #NOWStP
