Iam 12 years old and am training for a triathlon. 1k swim 10k ride and 5k run
Last weekend before 28 days voyaging to and in Antarctica – will be away from the bike (and cold wet Rhode Island) at my folks place so it’s going to be running and trail running through the warm Hill Country of Texas. Gotta get those runs in as my only runs for the next month while on the ship will be on treadmills!
