Circuit training for an hour tonight, then some 400m speed intervals in the morning followed by a cooked breakfast and Doctor Strange at the cinema. That counts as training, right?

The miserably long winter in Australia ?? still makes it too cold to swim open water, but the swooping magpies season is over – so this weekend, the bike is the premier option again! Road ride Saturday & MTB Sunday! Yeehah!!
I plan on a number of 12oz curls…and maybe an easy ride.
2 hour gym this evening and probably a hike of 6hours on Sunday (20km with 1000+ altitude)
16 miles tomorrow w/ 8 miles at goal marathon pace
Halloween fun run, those little kids are going down.
Long ride and run on Saturday, Hike with my son and wife on Sunday followed by a recovery ride.
Going to Schoorl in The Netherlands for a 18 km trailrun… looking forward to it!
