Today is mountain biking which I love. Sunday, a brick- 40 miles on the bike & 3 mile run. That is if I don’t have a run in today with a root, rock, tree or a snake. Lol
Long ride on Saturday. Hopefully take my single speed on some parking garages on Sunday.
This weekend I have 2 gym workouts planned— focusing on strength training as well as core workouts— with the aim of body balancing before going into the trainer-season.
What’s on the docket this weekend from an athletic/training standpoint?
Run and swim saturday. Trainer ride Sunday. and a nap.
Long bike ride on Saturday and a long run on Sunday. Pretty typical weekend as I head myway to the taper week.
Play around with my girlfriend’s Hero5 so that when I win this contest, I know what to do. ?

Tonight is a run around the streets of Edinburgh, Scotland, with friends. Tomorrow is volunteering at parkrun and then on Sunday is a 14 mile trail race! Hoping my legs don’t give in on me on the hills!

Fitting in as much as I can with the kids, so trampolining Friday, swimming Saturday, Morpeth to Newcastle run Sunday, with a few kickr sessions in between for me to keep tuned up for cx season. Just need a GoPro to capture them growing up during the action!

Taking advantage of the warm weekend by taking a ceremonial last stroller run or two with my kids, plus my first outdoor ride with my new power meter.

Traveling to australia tomorrow so there goes my weekend! Maybe I’ll run between gates on my transfer!. Butnill make up for it with running and swimming next week!

Saturday: hop on my bike and ride for at least 60 miles. Then go for a short swim.
Sunday: at least 10 mile run.
Long story short, I’ve been out of the game for at least four weeks due to bad cold and holidays… As a result of not training and all-inclusive whisky & cokes my belly… Well it grew big time, so need to get back at it!
