SwimRun NC race @ Hanging Rock State Park in North Carolina. Will be coldest water I’ve ever swam in at 58 degrees in the lake and 52 degrees in the river!
This weekend: An organised mountainbike ride (RETO Bostoertocht) in and around Arnhem, the Netherlands!
Strength training lifting lots of boxes and stuff like that.. Helping with some moving!
And then if my legs didnt get all stiff, also some cycling
Two days running in North London. And possibly some swimming session as well…

Plan for this weekend is the world’s longest Beachrace marathon from Hoek van Holland to Den Helder.
Saturday is morning swim, and hopefully easy bike in the afternoon.
Sunday is fast finish long run with an hour or so of easy Zwifting as cooldown.

Time to get serious about swimming…registered for Escape from Alcatraz and need to work on that swim strength.
This Sunday I’m racing cyclocross. It’s a C race so I’m training straight through it so I should be good and exhausted.
Heavy week so just a 30 mile recovery ride. Have to fit it in around the Cubbies winning it all on Sunday night….!

I plan on running lots of trails in the woods of Oregon where it is very beautiful and having a Go Pro 5 to capture the beauty and adventure would be fantastic.

This weekend is all about the 15km Maverick Trail race in Berkshire, UK.
I’m going to travel to beautiful Blue Ridge, GA, home to many challenging and scenic routes. Then, I’m going to spend the whole weekend shopping for antiques, because my wife says I have to spend time with my in-laws and can’t bring my bike :'(
