I cheer for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and it’s home coming so we have a noon kick. I knocked out an 18 miler last night and will probably run 6-8 miles early in the morning so I can get a decent tailgate in beforehand.

Saturday morning 10k maintenance run, cheer on my daughter at the 4A High school regional championships, put together my first bike trainer and try it out! Finish with my own 3000 yard workout in the pool Sunday afternoon
