Unfortunately nothing. But you could count a whole day in the woods with the boy scouts on saturday, and a kids birthday party at home on sunday, as a sporty weekend :)
I have my first 5k race on Sunday post-injury. I’m pretty under prepared for it…but I’m happy to be running pain free!

I’m taking Monday off from work, so I hope to run ~7 miles each day Saturday and Sunday followed by a bike ride on Monday. Also, Monday is my birthday, so I should win!

Oeh that is difficult. Had my right foot crushed in an accident 3 weeks ago so the most training I’ll do will be a couple of flight of stairs with crutches.
A short easy swim (about 2000 m), a shorter hilly run (i.e. 8 km with 500 m elevation) and possibly a longer bike (70 km?). Really need to start working out again after some time of heavily reduced training.
Zwifting and trick or treating. Maybe get a mountain bike in fueled by Reese’s peanut butter cups….

I am actually racing this weekend. I am participating in the biggest running event in Slovenia, Ljubljana marathon. Because I am extremely out of shape my only goal is to finish my 21km run.

A 4 hour hike up Camels Hump at night hoping to avoid last years 11 hour attempt involving crawling for 2 hours and getting completely lost sans devices. Mostly because THE device wasn’t on the recommended list here at DCR but an iPhone that ended up dead and in a creek anyway. Maybe we’ll even find it this year along with the actual trail?
