Some indoor cycling if my newborn allows it ?
7th Annual WTF Ride (Wilderness, Tertiary & Fireroad cycling association). 80-100 miles of back roads, gravel roads, fire roads and lots & lots of climbing.
18 miles long run on the roads on Saterday and a 12 mile trail run on Sunday
The plan is to fir a short interval session on the bike in between hallowen festivities.
Hope to get in just a little ride on Saturday; otherwise tied up :/
Easy running today + 3k swimming tomorrow + rest day on sunday

Sunday: probably indoor trainer ride then a 1mile race against my brother for fun

I’m still recovering from a 50 miler 3 weeks ago so I’m just hoping for 8-10 miles with minimal pain.
Well, I’ve just done my 9km hill run and on Saturday night I’ll be whizzing around the Manchester Velodrome with my Tri Club mates… if I still have anything left in teh Tank I might go for a run on Sunday morning

A kayak ride around San Diego Bay followed by a kickboxing workout at my gym. Sunday will have a 5-mile walk into town to earn a wonderful Nutella Crepe at our favorite breakfast spot.

Just some walking running with my twin boys! They were born about the same time as your little one.

This weekend I will try to get one quality Zwift session both saturday and sunday. Hopefully I will find a race or a group ride that will motivate me to go harder and further than originally planned.

I started the day with an awesome 9 mile run (though technically not the weekend since I still had to work today). Tomorrow I will maybe walk some in the morning, and go to my favorite yoga class. And, then back to running on Sunday.
I am riding my Kickr using Zwift for 3 hours on Saturday, then running in Central Park for 2 hs on Sunday, prior to NYC Marathon next week! Thanks, Ray!
