French fries. Or, freedom fries in some circles.  The bane fitness and weight loss plans everywhere.  However – I’ve got a plan for you that involves keeping your frites: Just run/walk more.

What’s that?     I’m really curious to see whether the Vivoactive would do as much as my 920 XT. I’m not swimming much these days, more running and cycling, but I’ve had some atrial fibrillation and I’d like to monitor my heart rate constantly. Seems like this is a great way to do it! (And I like that ‘throw it in the washing machine’ thing!)
