Friday’s training starts with a 10K run and a intensive swim of 1h30.
Saturday will be a LSD bike training of 110K.
Weekend will end with extensive bike of 100K and easy jog of 10K.
I suspect I will be melting like ice cream in the sun!

I’m pacing a marathon for the first time. I actually very nervous about it because besides racing Boston and st george ironman 70.3 in the last 6 weeks, I’ve done very little. I hope I don’t bonk.

I’m moving to work in a provincial park for the summer, so a lot of moving of heavy objects, then an orientation hike in my new home!
I’ll race the Ventouxman half-ironman (including the Ventoux climb) on sunday. I plan to go full gas on the bike leg, which probably means the running will turn out to be quite hard… but this is going to be fun :)
I don’t have too much planned for this weekend. I will be doing a run on Friday, and hopefully the 20+ mile ride on Saturday. But other than that it’s all about barbecue and rest

Slowly getting back into running after an unfortunate work-induced break. An easy 5k it will be.
I’ll just take the bike for a ride for a few hours on Saturday – not decided the route yet.
On Sunday i have an hour in an indoor pool (with the family – so usually a 40minutes swim and then playing / bathing the last 20min). I usually get a lane all to myself :-)
Stricly speaking monday is now the weekend here but there i’ve planned and OW swim in wetsuit. Only the third this year now the water temperatures has to 12-13 degees Celsius.
If i win i’ll definitely upgrade my trusty old 910xt – The 735xt looks like a winner ;-)

Racing my first ETU age group Sprint distance qualifier race on Saturday and then out on the bike cheering on club mates at the Outlaw Half Triathlon on Sunday before getting back to the wedding planning on Monday as its a bank holiday here in the UK.
Weekend Warrior – ignore the niggling injuries and get out for some nice runs with my wife.
Long ride, open water swim in Santa Cruz and a long run should be enough for this weekend!
1.5 Hrs Saturday with Vo2 max intervals and then 2.5Hr Sunday to finish off my base training.
