Just the chocolate. I might play some hockey but I’m still on a running hiatus.
I’m in the process of training for a relay and a half marathon, so that’s definitely a plan. Beyond that, I finally got back into rock climbing so I am hoping to get in some time this weekend!
Gotta get some running miles in. 10 miler on Saturday, and some swimming on Sunday.

This weekend, I went for a run to the top of Mount Diablo and back down, something I’d been wanting to do for years. It was epic, and a great amount of fun.
Sadly just swimming and feeding – achilles tendinitis :(

I have 2 hours of hills on saturday, and 3 hours of running in the desert on sunday.
I was sidelined from my planned run due to shin splints. However I am on the road to recovery!

I’m going to hopefully be out for a 40 mile ride…if the weather doesn’t cooperate in New York State I’ll be inside on the trainer and then on Sunday I’ll be out for a 10-12 mile easy pace run

I’m going to tell each side of the family that I’m visiting the other and then sit on my couch eating pounds of chocolate.

Last weekend, ran a little bit, did a 4 hour bike ride on some gnarly single track trails on my road bike, ran some more, ate a ton of Vietnamese food, swam a little, ate more Vietnamese food, jammed out with some friends. Next weekend? Oceanside 70.3.

This weekend I had planned to do two recovery runs (Sat/ Sun) and a long run on Bank Holiday Monday. Achieved my first 10k run, so pretty chuffed with that.

my training plan involves a caving expedition, 3 hours walk in the jungle, plus 7 hours inside a cave, with vertical ascents and descents, crawling through narrow passages, and swimming in an underground lake!
