Just the chocolate. I might play some hockey but I’m still on a running hiatus.
I’m in the process of training for a relay and a half marathon, so that’s definitely a plan. Beyond that, I finally got back into rock climbing so I am hoping to get in some time this weekend!
Gotta get some running miles in. 10 miler on Saturday, and some swimming on Sunday.
Still recovering after child birth so I will be spending time with my handsome lil man!

This weekend, I went for a run to the top of Mount Diablo and back down, something I’d been wanting to do for years. It was epic, and a great amount of fun.
Sadly just swimming and feeding – achilles tendinitis :(
Volunteering at local trail race. Riding bikes. Road bikes. Mountain bikes. All bikes will be ridden.
I have 2 hours of hills on saturday, and 3 hours of running in the desert on sunday.
I was sidelined from my planned run due to shin splints. However I am on the road to recovery!

I’m going to hopefully be out for a 40 mile ride…if the weather doesn’t cooperate in New York State I’ll be inside on the trainer and then on Sunday I’ll be out for a 10-12 mile easy pace run
Looking forward to a 100km bike ride then a short sharp 10km brick run. All washed down with copious amounts of chocolate :))
Roundabout 6mi (*2 if I’m lucky) in majestic Tulsa, OK.
Fitness ride all the way. 60 to 70 miles. 4K ft of climb!
I’m going to tell each side of the family that I’m visiting the other and then sit on my couch eating pounds of chocolate.
I plan to continue my training so that I can cycle my first century ride later in the year.
This might be a duplicate but my computer hiccuped while hit “submit now” – I’m looking for lots of vertical in Vail, Colorado.
I’ll be participating in a 5k fun run on Saturday followed by a 10-mile race on Sunday. It’ll be a racy weekend for sure!

Hey Bud. Thank you for the opportunity! I will be doing a 3 hour brick(ride/run) on Friday morning, 2600m Swim Rriday night. Nice easy ride25 mile ride on the Northern California coast. 12 mile run Sunday morning. all while wearing Hawaiian boxers with lots of Triglide. Ramping up for mid and late summer Ironmans. Last weekend, ran a little bit, did a 4 hour bike ride on some gnarly single track trails on my road bike, ran some more, ate a ton of Vietnamese food, swam a little, ate more Vietnamese food, jammed out with some friends. Next weekend? Oceanside 70.3.
Rehabbing a broken wrist, so no riding outdoors but definitely running!
This weekend I had planned to do two recovery runs (Sat/ Sun) and a long run on Bank Holiday Monday. Achieved my first 10k run, so pretty chuffed with that.

Training this weekend will be a 5-8K run to get the jetlag from Boston – Stockholm out of my system and to get started on my marathon plan (again).

my training plan involves a caving expedition, 3 hours walk in the jungle, plus 7 hours inside a cave, with vertical ascents and descents, crawling through narrow passages, and swimming in an underground lake!
Two runs, just happy to get out the door these days.
Saturday will be a big long road ride and on Sunday I’ll race a mountainous bicycle across precarious terrain.
