First off, no, I’m not giving away the Easter Bunny. That’d involve going to a nearby shopping mall and somehow kidnapping the poor guy as he gets photos taken with small children. And I’m pretty sure that’d be awkward for everyone involved.
Instead, I’ll be like an Easter Bunny – and some lucky duck (or bunny as it may be) will get their gadget wishes fulfilled. No searching for semi-rotten poorly water-colored eggs required.
The winner will get a $600 credit to CleverTraining.com, my most excellent partner in this giveaway crime. By supporting the site through Clever Training you also can save 10% on basically anything they sell. If you win, you can use that credit for anything from the new Garmin Fenix3 HR, to a Fitbit Blaze, a pair of Hawaiian themed underwear (yes, actually) to the WatTeam Power Meter, or heck, even towards a new trainer. Whatever floats your boat.
How to enter:
Simply leave a short description of what your training plans are for the weekend ahead – with or without the bunny. Note that eating chocolate eggs is totally valid nutrition.
The reason you need a short description of ‘what’ is that if you just put a simple one word answer (i.e.5k), you’ll likely get caught up in my SPAM filters. And nobody wants to be sandwiched between two pieces of SPAM. Got all that?
Good luck!
The giveaway entry period will run through Monday, March 28th, 2016 until 11:59PM US Eastern Time. Winner will be selected randomly. One entry per person. The selected product/products will then be ordered immediately and shipped immediately, assuming they’re in stock.

A relaxing run and some hiking
We have been skiing in Hafjell, Norway the last week. Basically been on the slopes from the lifts opened at 9 and with the last run down after the closed at 16:30. Mostly been running with the kids (age 9 and 15) and mostly on-piste since the snow depth is the lowest in many years. And finished the week sunday morning with water skiing – i.e at was warm and raining and had to go trough a big puddle at the bottom in from of the chair lift and ski-rental store … Not the best week we have had in Norway since the temperature was to high so the snow got really slush-ice soft bit a good week none the less. link to skiline.cc
I’m spending some time in Tokyo! A lot of good food and super long walks in the city, I love it :)
going for a long nap on sunday
A rest weekend filled with family time. Looking forward for the snow to melt and the temps to rise!

Doing my first 100+ KM ride :-)

Half training with the wife!
Long Easter weekend here in Ireland. Weekend plan include the usual parkrun on a Saturday morning, which was celebrating its first birthday. Bad weather was forecast for Easter Sunday, so didn’t end up making plans for a Sunday cycle. However, the rain stayed away so a hike around the lake with the family happened instead. Short sunny spin planned for Easter Monday. Wishing every weekend was a long weekend!!!
Two nice short easy runs.
Get some slow start-of-season-don’t-injure-myself-early run in (any at all and I’ll consider it a success).
Use the Sunday Easter brunch at the in-laws as a reason to have some fun on the road bike getting there as fast as possible (1 hour).
Crushing muddy gravel in the wind in the Annapolis valley
Easter weekend was a three day weekend and Friday I swam (3000 yds), Saturday I biked 20 miles, and Sunday I ran 12 miles.

Long run Saturday and long ride on Sunday morning followed by refueling with chocolate bunnies.
I’ve just signed up for my second 70.3 event this fall. So needless to say my training will be seeing a slight uptick in hours per week. This week I am alternating between running and biking.
Wasn’t able to get much over the holiday weekend due to travel, but have a 7-8 miler scheduled for today.
Weekend training plans were all about recovering from my annual spring bout with the cold.
I did a tempo ride Saturday, and a quick ~6 mile run on Sunday before heading to Easter
If the weather cooperates, my friend and I might try for our first 100km bike ride of the year. If it’s too cold or rainy it’s going to be more Zwift workouts.

My weekend goal this week is to go for a 10 mile run on Saturday morning and a 50 mile ride on Sunday. Only have a few hours every weekend as the wife goes on her workouts after me and its my turn with the kids, so a pre-dawn start to make the most of it
Planning to do a run in the Englischer Garten in Munich. After eating lots of chocolate.
This weekend I started the season with a few 10K slow pace runs (MAF running). Now it’s time to setup the bike… And get the legs moving! And in between I’ll fly happy “travelers” all over Europe in my beloved CRJ900 Scandinavian airlines. happy Easter to all from Denmark!
