Couple of easy runs with the dogs Saturday and Sunday followed by YouTube home gym workouts (my secret addiction) in preparation for the Valentine’s Day feast we had!
15 mile snow bike ride and 2 1+ hour Zwift sessions at 3.5w/kg+
Recovery weekend, walking on Saturday, rest on Sunday.
I did a 3 hour interval session on my trainer indoors.
Saturday was VO2max intervals on the trainer. Sunday was slightly sub-threshold intervals. Both were difficult!
Unfortunately got a cortisone shot on the knee last week, i got to be off the bike for 2 weeks.

last week end, i ran a 11km run with intervals to work on my cadence pace and i made a swimming session (1700m) with a 600m drill, to make reference time for my progression.
I attend the ironman 70.3 in switzerland in june so i got to be ready.
Bike with my father while he was running, it will be my gift.
Wahoo Kickr’d my ass with several virtual rides. Fat biking in well above average global warming winter climate. Pushed a baby chariot around town. Piggyback rides and tickle fights with the kids. Dream’t that I was in Adelaide or Melbourne Australia where the cycling community and custom cycling kits appear to be the business if youtube is any indication! Haha.
An action camera for cool cycling videos. And perhaps a GPS Fitness Watch.
Extra long commute to office, doubled the distance and tripled the vertical by going completely out of my way via a local mountain.
On Saturday I went for a short run in the morning, and then a bit of swimming.
Did 15 mile Elliptigo ride on Saturday. Airdyne recovery workout on Sunday (30 minutes at 50 rpm).
90 minute hilly run which revealed i’m tragically unprepared for Boston in 2 months after foot injury and illness, abandonned a 90 minute on the bike, didn’t make it for the 30 minutes in the pool. #triexcuse
3hr, 100k Easy Zwift ride. Man i really hate these long trainer rides….
An 18km long run – the last one before a half marathon I’m doing on Sunday week.
I was able to get my once-a-year ski trip in for my training last weekend. I also, thanks to this site’s reviews, used my Garmin Virb Elite and Forerunner 920xt on the trip.
10 mile taper run Saturday. 25 mile bike ride Sunday.
Saturday – Morning – 1 hour cycle, followed by 2 hour z2 run; Evening 1 hour swim
Sunday – 3.5 hour z2 indoor cycle
Flying drones all day Saturday. 4 mile easy run on Sunday.
On Saturday I celebrated my birthday by going to spin class with friends and eating afterwards.
Sunday was a challenging bike ride.
I used my indoor trainer for 30 minutes (it was -30°C in Canada!!!) and did some light weights work for 15 minutes on Saturday. Sunday was a yoga workout, 45 minutes.
I can summarize the past weekend in two words: strength training.
The wind was excessive and the rain was aggressive, the streets were filled with water and the strength training has become impulsive. XD

Did a short (and slow) run throught the viennese forests with a lot of ups and downs – my olds FR310 battery gave up some minutes before I did, reanimation of us two is in progress…
I was trail running in St. John USVI followed by 1.5 mi open water swim
That was a 11km run on Saturday morning and a Zwift-session in the evening, followed by a 17km run on Sunday afternoon.
Saturday: resting day
Sunday: running a 10Km Business run
Getting back after illness. 2h xc-skiing + 1h rollers

Saturday morning I did a Computrainer Hill Climb Erg Video simulation of the Mortirolo twice and Sunday was a 5 mile run in -5F temperatures in the morning and a 2:11 minute easy trainer ride in the evening.
Unfortunately those days in the log are blank. Inversely proportional to my desire to get out and break in a new pair of Asics. :(
Visiting my Mum over the weekend. Did 10km with 10′ tempo on Saturday, then 10k easy with my brother on Sunday.
Was rainy in the Northwest, did 6 miles on a treadmill. Thank goodness for mp3s.

2016 Massacre Marathon Relay in single digit temps with the wind chill. 2nd place in our category of co-ed. Giddy up!

Awful week, getting back from a cold: Saturday 1:56 isolated leg training on the training bike and Sunday a easy 12.5 km MTB in 2:38 counting stops and a lot of chat with the group. I am getting old… and fat.

Well after few months of doing nothing I decideded to re-subscribe to Trainerroad.
I got Misuro sensor for my Turbo Muin for xmas, so 1,5 months was just enough to setup everything together.
So I did my FTP test and started sweet spot plan … workout #4 was on Sunday planned for 150min what was just too much ☺
Nice easy 1.5 hour bike ride and 18 holes of golf, nice weekend.
Nothing – getting better after a nasty cold. Now, about the coming weekend…. ;-)

I went out to Turkey Mountain, a local wilderness area near where I live, and took my dogs with me. We did a few miles and enjoyed the wonderful weather.

I spent some time at the fitness club, doing some workouts after three weeks without training. Hate that time of the year where I miss time for training before going skiing.

I just started a life change this last week. Changed my eating habits, kicked the soda addiction, 45 minutes to an hour of elliptical / bike riding each day. It has been difficult but I am determined to keep these lifestyle changes in place. It feels good :)
There was absolutely nothing on my training log last weekend due to a case of Norovirus that swept through my entire household between Friday and Tuesday.
A fact I’ve been trying to makeup for over the last 3 days.
Stair climbing (repeats,training for stair climb race) and two 30+ mile bike rides…
I was at my parents in FL so my running was also a nice getaway and consisted of several loops around the community followed by several laps in the pool dodging the elders with the noodles doing physical therapy.
Couple treadmill runs and a few trainer rides.
The usual 1800′ trail run out my front door and followed by a day of indoor trainer intervals due to rain.
Went for an 18km run in heavy rain! At least I had fun trying out my new running headlamp…

I did a 40 minute incremental turbo session and cleaned up all my bikes totally (stripped ’em down!) and I did a 40mile quickie ride yesterday. I’m planning to do a 5k run tomorrow, but we will see how the weather goes ;)
I did a nice 32 miles Hill interval ride on Saturday, and then got a surprise ride invite with a buddy that races on Sunday. more Hills, of course… Total 70 miles and 5,000′ climbing

Short on Saturday. Longest run in 10 months due to a stress fracture – 15 on Sunday.
Stayed inside and rode the trainer, that makes 3 V-Days in a row

I have ran 16 or so miles, biked about 7, and done a half dozen workout videos with the wife.
I did a great coastal 14mile hilly ride with coworkers just before the weekend then a 2mi scoot/walk with the family – my 4yo finally did a full 2mi on his scooter.
I could really make use of a trainer but short on the funds for the recommendations in your guide. :)
Saturday, i ran 6 easy morning miles and Sunday another easy but windy 50 miles ride.
Lots of easy miles, few long runs, and tough crosstraining.
