Group ride saturday morning (65kms), with indoor trainer session sunday.
Saturday: zipping up and down some cobbled roads. Sunday: a long and easy ride.
My plans for the weekend: lazy ride at the Casa de Campo in Madrid followed by beer and tapas

It’s just a gym session this evening and a long ride tomorrow.
Nothing big 1.5 hours easy running, I did a lot during the week.
Unfortunately no ride on weekend because of bruised knee from cycle ball. Need a little encouragement and the 520 will help for my come back :)

Recovering from a pulmonary embolism. So, two easy 35 mile rides on the road to recovery.
It’s going to rain here in Seattle on Saturday, so I’m going to get drenched while rolling out at 5am to get a long-ish ride in before the kids wake up.
I’ll be waking up early on Sunday, hopefully to dry roads, and aim to get 5,000 ft of climbing on the bike before church!

Saturday 4 hour endurance ride through my old township, Sunday a relax 1.5 hour ride and on the way back drinking coffee with my 81 year old mother. All a nice weekend!
This weekend we (PORTOCyclingTeam – link to facebook.com) are heading to Alvarenga (Portugal) on a epic ride of 160km to enjoy the best steak there’s available in Portugal, we called the event “Volta da Posta”. Enjoy yourselves watching the aftermath photos and videos from our event.
I’ll be out training on the water both days, lots of miles planned!

Aiming for a 25 mile ride out with the missus on her new bike. She’s new to cycling and has been doing an extra 5 miles each week… Won’t be able to keep up with her soon!
Saturday fit in a long ride if the weather allows it. Sunday will be a 10K race, to see where I stand. Last weeks interval sessions were promising!

I’ll be doing a 5K race on Saturday and on Sunday I’ll be doing the Rotterdam Harbour Run 10K!
Just a little easy run to continue the recovery from a PB at the Great Scottish Run Half Marathon :)
A 60km each Saturday and Sunday morning; possibly try some climbing on the trainer with the CVT beta application in the evenings.

I have a 35k race around a lake in Switzerland called lake Brienz. It’s actually right next to the town of Interlaken where you were staying with the DCR RV a few weeks ago.
Besides that, I’m going to follow the race at Kona as well, of course!
