Roughly a 45km ride on narrow singeltrack here in the hilly parts of Sweden.
Finished the Air Force Marathon half a few week ago, This weekend I ran an hour, getting in shape for the Phoenix Marathon full in February. I ordered a Cannondale, looking forward to riding it soon!
I plan to take part in an ultra cycling relay style 647km race. wish me luck and the computer!

Juggling running with my 7 year old who has recently fallen in love with running and getting in my long run of 16-20 miles on local trail. Should add some biking in for a little cross training but I’m tired after all that running.

Had planned to do a 15k trail run on Sunday, but after a short night watching Kona live on German TV (way to go Frodo and Andy!), I only did an easy recovery jog of 20 minutes.
RPM (spinning) on Saturday and a 11k run on Sunday.
Short bicycle ride on Saturday morning, beers in the evening and hangover Sunday.. :(

Weekend is already over for me, but I did a 65k MTB ride on saturday.
My upcoming weekend will included Mountainbiking in the flatest part of Holland (Saturday), some roadracing on my bike (sunday) and some Grand Prix racing in between (Mariokart Wii)

No training this weekend, just playing with my two kids.
Our Next Weekend I have 3 hours moderate cycling then 30 mins off the Bike. Also, 1500 m Speed Swimming.

Weekend is over and I took it easy: just a short MTB-ride up the local hill on sunday. Still recovering from the epic (and rainy) l’Eroica-ride last weekend.

3-day MTB stage race. Epic single track all weekend long.
50K on road saturday. 75K single tracks on sunday.
Did some running on both days, as was my plan. After New York City Marathon on Nov 1st will get into more triathlon focused training again.

Parkrun in Bristol, while down that way for a wedding. Sprint finish but was edged out by a hair, but still a PB by a fair margin, so it’s all good!

Hiking with family in Vail!
I’m training for a 90km multiple sclerosis charity ride in Australia (and then unofficial return trip). Fulgaz app and wahoo for some climbing – this time a virtual ride up Australia’s mount Buller. That’s Friday night, then 75km ride Saturday with my wife who’s just started riding after 5 years of me asking her to overcome her fear of riding roads to join me (happy boy) :) Sunday back on the trainer probably for a flat ride after the kids are asleep.
