Easy swim (first in 2 weeks) of 45′ of saturday morning. Ran 6k on saturday afternoon. Rode 80k today and right now I’m off to bed, hope to get a early start and do a 30′ run before work mondaymorning!
No cycling, but managed a 24k run round the edge of Cambridge in the autumnal sun. Past punts, Kings, and on to Granchester…
I did the Founders Fall Fondo on the Barry-Roubaix course yesterday. I’m not used to the hills.
And, well, I bought a jump rope.
I’ve ridden that course the last four weekends. We throw in a lap at yankee springs also. I wanted to do the fall Fondo ride but had plans for a rd ride with friends.

Did a 20 km mountain bike ride saturday, and was planning on going for a road ride today, but I’ve caught some kind of bug and instead i’m out with a fever and achy body. Sucks, cause nice fall days like today are sparse.
Today was my first long ride (50 miles) on my brand new Seven Evergreen S!! Sweet ride.
Easy Sunday spin to loose a few pounds, unfortunately my mates weren’t thinking the same and a spent the majority of my ride in anaerobic or maximum HR! completely wrecked now!
Long build-up run for Auckland Marathon, plus recovery ride (next ride I will have my new Edge 520 from you! :-))
