O have a long run… 30k for Valencia marathon
This weekend I will mostly be going for a 5 mile run Saturday & 25 mile off road ride on Sunday.
Quick ride through the park.
15km hike training for Maclehose 7-8 will be done on Saturday.
I will join Hong Kong Cyclothon with 35km cycling on Saturday. My bike and I will pass through Stoneculters Bridges and Tsing Ma Bridge with nice view. Good experiences on it.
A local MTB ride with friends in Belgium.

10k on Sunday. I’m pretty slow but I’m inching to an under-an-hour time for the 10k so that makes it suspenseful for me.

The weather is getting better here in Melbourne, Australia. Since I’ve put on quite a bit of weight in the last few months, I’ll try to get out and about on the bike more often. Unfortunately, it looks like a bit of a thunderstorm on the weekend. However, I will try to get out in the more hilly area in the Dandenongs to practice some climbing on the famous 1:20. The KOM is held by our new Australian hope Brendan Canty (unbelievable sub 13 min – link to strava.com), who is actually twice as fast as I am up that climb.
It’s my off season, so my training will be a super casual bike ride with someone I haven’t seen in a while.

10k race (running) in my home town of Patras, Greece. It’s by far the biggest running event of the year here :-D with 1000 (limit) of runners in 10k race and 4000 (again limit) in 5k + some children fun runs. Hoping to go well under 39′ myself…
10 mile time trial race on the tri bike or otherwise a long 100k+ ride on the road bike
I shall be going for a flat 100k ride.
Cross-fit training on Saturday and a 25 km. long run on Sunday.
Today: swimming – kicking drills followed by 30min lengths at casual pace, then a weights session.
Sat: Day off, and I’m going to visit my sister in Glasgow.
Sun: Cycling – about 30 miles round Basenthwaite (local lake), trying to keep in Zone 2 as much as possible.

This weekend I’ll be recovering from a foot injury sustained during intensive preparations for my first Ironman 70.3 next summer, so for me it’ll be a 2k swim workout at a local swimming pool.

Sunday => 24hrs shift at the fire station, meaning weights and tower climbs!

Since the season here is over, a nice long ride to wind down, maybe 100k, depends on the weather for saturday and an easy short spin on sunday.
Some road bike on saturday, some trail running on sunday. With some beers after training in the Window of Opportunity, of course.
Planning to get out on the MTB both days this weekend. Saturday morning before work I’ll head over to Gap Creek trails, and then on Sunday a trip out to Jubilee Park at Toowoomba for some Enduro practice. Queensland state championships are only a few weeks away so it’s time to get fast!

100 mile Sacramento Century pancake flat in the Sacramento River Delta on Saturday. Last ride/race of the season. Riding with one of my sons, not swimming or running and not in Kona.
Plans for the weekend: End of Season-tour together with my friends. It’ll be cold, foggy and wet.
My main ride this weekend will be a 50 mile hilly route in the heart of Wales, finishing with the hill used for the local hill climb last week – which I couldn’t take part in (was away). The max gradient is 32% & I cannot wait to attack it! Bring it on!
