I’ll go cycling on Saturday and some nice running on Sunday.
Working for an international airline I will find myself in Dubai on a turnaround this weekend and I have a tri bike booked at 6am (due to the heat) at the store there at Al Qudra bike track…. Very cool to ride in the middle of the desert on a perfect path cutting through sand dunes with nothing around (except a solitary tree which like in the cartoons the path splits). There is a 50km loop with some 20 loops to make longer tracks… That’s me this weekend….
Weekend is for recovery, as I do all of my runs on weekdays.
OK, maybe a race to the coffee machine in the morning. :)
Planned are a run with my dog on Saturday and the Sunday Clubride, weather should be ok ! (south of france)

Saturday: 50 mile hilly road ride, a bit of spectating at my local CX race, and watching Cal-Utah Saturday night.
Sunday: 20 mile dirt ride.

Build up the base for LEL 2017 – so mostly core training.
Traveling out of town for the weekend with family. Kayak, bike and runners included. Saturday morning will be a national park run followed by an explore up the river. Sunday will be a couple of hours exploring on my bike.
Will put the bike on the turbo this weekend (byebye summer) and then ruin whatever the training effect was by attending a local beer festival… :-S
This weekend might be the last chance for road cycling before the freezing period starts, so i will be on the road doing easy km’s.
