Light trail run for 45 minutes on Saturday. Sunday=run 5 miles to the start of a local half marathon so I can do most of my long run with fellow runners!
Fix my bike (replace derailleur and shifter cable) and go for a nice test ride.
A short ride, and then figure out what fitness related items to pack for a beach vacation. Speedos are light, but at they going to be enough?
50 mile bike/ or until kona starts. Then relax any obviously check out some reviews by dc to get me there next year!

Missing the local CX race, but still getting in mid-length FTP intervals stacked against a long tempo ride. The weather looks to be stinky, so I’ll be missing a fun race so I can train in the rain. :-(

Friday night saw the start of the summer criterium series here in Sutherland, Sydney, Australia. Then Sat morning is our club tour where we ride 150 km down the coast, including a ITT event up Macquairie Pass (35mins of pain). Then stay the night in a pub, carbo-load and ride back home Sunday.
