I am currently working on a United Nations mission in Bunia, Democratic Republic of the Congo. So training plans are limited. No safe water to swim in, and all the roads are dirt and rock, so I run around the runway at the airport to stay active. The airport is semi-secure with 4 out of 11 guard towers occupied, lol. However, running out in town and outside of town is not recommended because of the rebel threat.
If I win it, I’ll go for a 40km ride somewhere around Bucharest!
Planning to do a long run (1h15′) before my half marathon of the next week.

Just some easy fall running for me this weekend and a indoor trainer session watching the Ironman World Championship.
Am going to explore a couple of lesser known swiss-side Jura climbs and enjoy the autumn colours. Could be one of the last weekends to enjoy these climbs on the roadbike.
3 hours ride, a pool swim and maybe an hour’s run :-)
