Well,
Get up early and check the Garmin 920xt to make sure I wasn’t sleep walking. Who could guess that you could use it this way!!
Get a swim in, from there its collect the kids and drop them to all the different events. Hopefully they don’t have to learn to swim at 35 like Daddy.
Hoping for a sneaky 2 hr bike spin to try out a new 20 euro 1500 lumen light, battery life says 3 hours but I won’t trouble that. Bike spin will be on a new greenway in Ireland that in theory joins other european greenways all the way across to Ukraine. Seriously.
Might need to get the dinner on and earn some brownie points with Mrs O for Sunday as its going to be massive.
Gorge fest of sport, IM Kona, Ireland versus France in the Rugby, Ireland versus Poland in soccer. hopefully somebody will keep me fed and watered during the day.
Might go for run between games. Target for the weekend is to come out calorie neutral and have a new gadget for my bike. Cycle motivation needed
I should be running a marathon on Sunday, but decided to pause before next season.
Running the Delaware Distance Classic 15k with my wife followed by all the pumpkin beer and football we can handle!
This weekend is a 100km cycle.
70 km saturday ride on the bike and a 6,7 km run Sunday evening
Off season, so just a casual 60K ride with friends on Thanksgiving Monday (Canada) and will likely take the Kayak out tomorrow.
Driving over to Moab to pedal 150 miles, and visit two parks!
Saturday starts with 50 miles cycling in the Chiltern Hills with plenty of hill climbing, Sunday i’ll be cycling to London
Staten Island Half Marathon
Enjoying a sunny and 80+ degree weekend in Colorado with some riding in the foothills. Summer continues!
Strength training and a long run!

A 10 k run saturday Morningstar before breakfirst. Hopefully an hour on the ZWIFT platform in the afternoon. Sunday is like every other Day. A run on an empty stomach and the it is time for some relaxing with my lovely family❤️
I’m going camping this weekend, so I’ll probably be getting in some good hikes, and maybe a short run around the lake. Monday is looking great, and I believe I’ll be home early enough to get in a good 30 mile ride or so as well.

Today 400/200 Css in the pool. Tomorrow Sticks and Stones 15k trail race. 1000′ elevation (all on the return) and its peak foliage season. Sunday 15mi TT on the bike and some extra saddle time to make up for the missed rides earlier this week (crud).
