Saturday will be a hill training day with at least 2000m of elevation while another friend will do a huge 4500m on Camillien Houde in Montreal (40x). Small run after that and “coach potato” in front of my tv to look at the Ironman World Championship! Sunday will be a small ride and long run if foot cooperate!

With the weather around here (Denmark) it’ll probably be in Zwift or BKOOL.
And I was supposed to keep my plans as a secret… Well, from an absolutely disaster of injuries, a flu, pneumonia and a hard to handle asthma to a long distance triathlon.
I’m gonna do some training on my CX bike together with my dad on saturday and on sunday it’s the seasons first CX race.
Just back from my Friday evening coffee spin. Heading out bright and early tomorrow morning for my DeRonde Van Cork CC club 100k club spin. Quick 10k run on Sunday morning and then feet up!!
Cycling the rails to trails route from cranbrook to Kimberley bc, Canada. Fall colors abs brisk mountain. Doesn’t get better.
I have geared and single speed cross races on Sunday. Doubling up for the fourth time in this early season. Legs gonna be pissed Monday.
A short 30mi bike ride on Saturday afternoon, followed by a long 20mi run on Sunday morning.
Easy 10 mile run with my son in the baby jogger – he’ll get out and run anywhere from 1/2 mile to 3 miles (in broken up chunks, he’s 5 yrs old). And maybe a family bike ride with him on the tagalong.
I’m hoping to get a ride in Saturday before sitting down for a solid 9 hrs to watch OTHER people work out on some island in the Pacific.
Biking to workshop and back on saturday and hopefully a 5K run on sunday dependance on the pain in my foot.
With it being Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend I will be out of town visiting family (and away from my bike). Hoping the weather holds out for at least one more outdoor ride, or else it’s onto the trainer for me.
