Sunday: Again on the MTB for an intense, short ride. 30 kms hilly terrain, up and down constantly.

Saturday- turbo trainer morning. 2x 25mins at 270 for tempo within 2hrs. Then pm 20min recovery ride with Libby who is 7 then 40mins with Oliver who is 14!
Sunday- charity event called Spadger’s Ride” around Yorkshire with most of the local clubs 3-4hrs hot pace with pushing hard on hills. Afternoon- bike cleaning. Evening is recovery and waiting on my devoted wife, Katy, for putting up with all this!
Saturday: 50km Roller ski, double poling.
Chicago Marathon Sunday!
Running with my little boy Gabriel (7) is first 2.5 km ;). He has been asking to move from our typical 1 km to 2.5 km since June. Other then that, lost 40 pounds and did 2 sprint triathlon and 1 Olympic last summer, now preparing for my first 70.3 in June 2016 ;)
