Due to injury no cycling for me this weekend :( only 5-10 km walk on Sunday with my family.
Friday: 90 minutes run. Satuday: 90 minutes trainer workout. Sunday: ride to soccer game and back.

Saturday is a easy 30 mile ride. Sunday through Tuesday, hiking in Zion National Park

Final big weekend of running prior to the NYC Marathon (in 3 weeks). Probably a 22 miler on Saturday with a followup 10 or so on Sunday. Then, it’s taper time. I’ll bet an Edge 520 will motivate me to ride more! Only real annoyance I have with my old Edge 500 is that GPS lockup takes a really long time sometimes.

It’s family weekend for me, so just a quick ride on sunday evening.
skipping the ride this weekend as our entire group is going to be volunteering to help with flood damage here in Columbia, SC from last weekends storms. Planning to wear our bike jerseys as we do so. So far have about 10 of us and hoping for more.

I will run 20 Kms this weekend. 10 on saturday and 10 on Sunday.
2-3 hr bike w/ 4-5 min intervals on Sat (training with a buddy). Then either a swim or a 10k run (or both) on Sunday. Plus hanging drywall (does that count as strength training? It’s the 5/8″ fire rated stuff .. aka heavy. haha).

I’m doing Brick work this weekend, as I have a Duathlon next week. I’ll be doing a hilly 2 laps of the lake near my house (27 miles total with about 800 feet of climb); and then a couple mile run from the parking lot when my vehicle and bike will be. The Duathlon next week is 2m/10m/2m and if very flat; so I train on hills to get stronger.
