3.5 hour ride with 3×15 min tempo pace in the middle followed by 20 minute transition run on Saturday and then 1.5 hour run Sunday with 3×5 tempo effort in the middle. Couldn’t resist being detailed ?

Just finished a 65mi ride. Last long workout before Beach 2 Battleship Half next weekend. Tomorrow I’ll try to open up the legs with a moderate 46min run and then it’s into full taper mode!
