I started Training with Trainerroad thanks to your posting around it just 3 weeks ago and I’m really into it.
Riding 4 times a week, tomorrow (like yesterday) will be a nice ‘Virginia’ in my basement (on a Tacx smart trainer).

After being sick for 3 of 4 weeks, just getting on the bike is a win for this weekend.
Run + swim
Will go for a a few brisk laps (~20km) of Regents Park on the bike tomorrow morning, and on Sunday morning a ride out to Box Hill and back (80km). Should be some good sunny weather to ride in, can’t wait!
I’m be pre-riding a 50-mile gravel grinder course before next weekend’s fundraiser ride for the local Kids on Bikes chapter. I’ll probably also get a mountain bike ride in since it is Fall and it’s such a beautiful time to be out in the mountains.

Today is a rest day for me, then the weekend is the final two events of the local Cyclocross series. I’m racing twice tomorow (CX 4/5 Masters 40+ and regular CX 4/5) and once more on Sunday (just the Masters 40+). Really looking forward to it, especially the Saturday races. I love that particular ‘cross course.

I’ve been working a ton this week (fifteen to twenty hour days!) which means I haven’t worked out at all this week. But I’ve gotta catch up on school now, so I fear all I’ll get in is a short run! It’s a shame as the foliage and weather are perfect for riding this weekend.

The weather is forecast to stellar here so that means a long ride to torture the group on Saturday; a slower ride on Sunday with my sister then another long ride on Monday to burn off calories so there is room for lots of Turkey! Yup, up here in Canada we are celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend.
