Orienteering bike marathon on Saturday – around 100 km in the forest, searching for points.
Not too much this weekend. Got to get some things done around the house, but maybe a short ride on Sunday.
This weekend I will continue the transition from Summer Road or Winter Mountain Biking. Well unless the rain was too bad today. Then I’ll road bike.

A 2k pool swim and 50 mile bike ride on Saturday. On Sunday, 60 mile bike ride with grandson, son, and son-in-law as a group and spend the afternoon watching some football.
Easy 4 mile run on Sat and 20 mile run on Sunday
Just a 5k race , followed by sprinting up and down the soccer fields while my kiddos are playing their first games of the season… and then following up the next day with a long run
After a sprained ankle, I hope to restart training this weekend!
Going to ride my single speed on Saturday and an endurance ride with bursts on Sunday. It’s a hot 95 degrees this weekend in So Cal so getting an early start.
This weekend I had the final race of the local Gran Fondo series called Marche Marathon.. but, due to really bad weather forecasts, I will stay at home..

In the final month of half marathon training. I have an interval run tonight and a 9 mile run to get to on Sunday. I’m behind on my training due to a bike wreck/broken arm that limited me to the trainer for 2 weeks, but I am going to finish that race on November 1st.
