It will be a long long computrainer ride in front of Kona live broadcast. In fact, a back in shape ride after a second baby and an injury. On Sundy, a quick swim between two baby’s bottle.
It’s with my deepest regret to admit I won’t be training this weekend. I’m recovering from a back injury. By the time I’m ready to ride, I’ll be stuck in the trainer for another Michigan winter. Having pedaled over 2K miles of adventure this summer, I’m not looking forward to staring at my interior wall. I could certainly use a new Garmin 520 to keep my eyes feasted upon so that I can ensure I’m fit as a rocket come spring! Keep’em spinnin’!

Lighthouse Century Ride – North Carolina

No cycling planned for this weekend as I’m in the middle of marathon prepping. The 520 would definitely come in handy for a ton of indoor sessions that will follow race day.
