My weekend training includes multiple diaper changes, several late night bottle feedings, and probably cleaning up spit-up off my clothes…and then taking care of our little boy!

Weekend training: baby swimming, does that count? Also, cake, coffee, pub lunch… hmm, next week?!
A 100 km ride on sunday with 10 X 30 seconds sprints intervals with 1:30 minutes rest in between.
