I am on a marathon taper, so a moderate yet enjoyable 75 min run.
Open water swim 2km on Saturday, Ride 40km sunday.
I’ll be doing ‘Tour de mon quartier’ with my kids (riding and visiting playgrounds in the neighbourhood ;)
2 long rides to destress from the week
A 30k ride this evening(Friday), focusing on limbing, followed by a rugby match Saturday afternoon and a 40k group ride on Sunday morning(first group ride)
This w-e possibly a 200Km ride! (my first ride above 150K)
This Sunday is Melbourne’s (Australia) biggest cycling event with over 14k participants, “Around The Bay in a day”, I will be doing the 250km option.
Mountain biking!
Just started training with my coach, so I’ve only got an easy 2 hour ride and 1 hour run on the schedule :-) The weather here looks better than the hurricane that was predicted, so I’ll even get to ride outside.
I will be doing a 3 hour ride tomorrow on a route that has over 2000 metres of climbing in preparation for a 3-day mountain bike stage race next week in the beautiful Drakensberg mountain range!
5km run down and back to marshal at the local Park run and then a 80km Sunday ride with my club.
I plan to do a recovery ride from the ride to conquer cancer…it was a hard ride for me post one year bone marrow transplant. it’s a goal to track all bio markers going forward…would like to get feedback from all work on the bike of what my body is doing
55 km MTB Club ride Saturday morning, Fun ride with Wife on Sunday morning.
Easy run sometime over the weekend. Just good to get out in the warm weather.
Strictly nothing! Will spend Saturday touring Shanghai before catching a plane back to France and recovering from jet lag on Sunday… Ok, maybe a tiny run if I feel too guilty about it !

I’ll do a short recovery ride this evening, a 80km group ride on Saturday (tour of Flanders course) and another 100km solo ride on Sunday (flat)
Coach has me doing 2.5 hours bike on Saturday(50 +) and 50 miles on Sunday. Training for my first 1/2 distance in November. AG 60-64

Friday is a Thetford forest fartlek thrash, Saturday is a early swim before a busy day and Sunday is a long social but frisky ride with a run off the bike before a few beers!
I’m spending the weekend at the beach. No running or bicycling, but I’ll try to get in some swimming.
Alas I’ll be indoors working on bioreactors at work this weekend; does that still count?
Saturday: 9k Wet Trail in the swamps near my house.
Sunday: 20k+ round the city. Hopefully with a friend.
Still unsure, but after almost two weeks of rain I plan to spend as much time out in the sunshine as I can. Hopefully a couple long rides both on the trails and out on the road.
Plan A is to do 50 mile ride with my son for his cycling merit badge. Plan B is to watch all the Daniel Craig James Bond movies while it’s pouring rain outside. I think we’ll be forced to go with Plan B.
Saturday a 45km ride, starting with an attack on my old enemy the “Hasenbergsteige” in Stuttgart (you can see men weeping like babies on this climb ;-)
Sunday 2+ hours on the turbo (there is precipitation predicted for the day) watching “Narcos” on Netflix, later explaining my girl that no, this is _not_ stupid and yes, I can easily go into couch potato mode after the shower…
