0 this weekend unless late Sunday but a walk on the beach in Saint Maarten tomorrow! Logistically tough but might try to get some shots of low flying aircraft. (Staying in the country over the hill on the island).

On holiday in Bali, the most strenuous thing I’ll do over the weekend will be to splash around in the beach!

Saturday will be 1hour on the trainer (Bkool with Zwift) followed by 10k in the Bois de Boulogne jog.
Sunday a long ride in the Vallee de Chevreuse. All I need is the 520 to not get lost :)

Cake eating. Due to very recent family member addition me and my wife have an agreement: Weekends are training free :)
Taking in consideration that I’ve been sidelined for almost a month and a half due to a pneumonia and that my brother gets married on Saturday evening, I just plan to have a short 30′ run on Saturday morning and, if possible, a 1h bike run on Sunday :P
This weekend i will do a 70-80k ride. Last training for the “6e van Lotto”, my last sportive of year which is next weekend.

The weather is starting to turn here on the east coast of the U.S. I plan to do a few long rides this weekend and take advantage of the last bits of good outdoor training weather. Then I’ll clean the bike off and move it inside on the trainer.
I will be trying to come back to my weekly long runs on Saturday, but nothing major, something around 25km. Then on Sunday around 15 or so.
Saturday: Swiming pool session with my 2yr old daughter.
Sunday: 150km/2500D+ Grandfondo at the Arrabida natural park (~50km south of Lisbon/Portugal).

This weekend I do not have a lot of training or racing plans. But I will be doing very hard work. The Halloween season has begon again, so I will be on (jumping) stilts for five and a half hours scaring people. Last year I averaged burning about 4500 kcal per evening. Very very intense. Does that count as training?
