My Valentines morning activity will be the Coomera Parkrun (5k) followed by a day at the water park with family
No rest for a doctor- sadly I am working Saturday so my Valentine’s Day is spent with patients. Thus 7 miles at 4am before heading to the hospital and if I can get out in time a late sushi dinner with my wonderful wife.
My training that day: skiiing (with my loved one).
17km run yesterday, 60km ride today, so tomorrow will be around 3km swim in order to do well in the Half Ironman pays d’Aix in 79 days!!!!!!

Holding off until Sunday and the whole family doing a winter running race (-20C temperatures expected).

With Boston enjoying subzero temps, something like seven feet of snow, and another foot and a half on the way, just walking to the store and lugging back groceries is going to be an arctic endurance challenge. I may never get to use my bike GPS again. ;^(
It will be 1-2 hrs on the Turbo, and maybe a small run with the Wife in the afternoon (if its not too cold, she doesn’t do cold!!), building her up to try her first 5k Race for Life.

I live next to one of the greatest lakes in Europe! The lake constance. My training consist of running along the lakeside for 6.5 km and I am gearing up to take some stand up paddling into the mix.

sadly, my training will be a 30min ride on my hometrainer, because i had a knee surgery in december and just started to walk on both legs without crouches. i hope i will be back soon.

I already reached my mileage goals for the week, so I will be enjoying a recovery day.
Would love to win for me and my wife! We’ll both be one week out from the Uhwarrie Mountain run. I ran the 40 and my wife the 20. So training will be minimal and light — maybe a nice walk or hike in the mountains! Or I may try to tackle a 2300′ 6.5 mile out and back, but that is more doubtful! :-)

I work for REI and we are running a one-way kayak tour for couples. My workout is dropping the bus/boat trailer and riding 40 miles home.

Only a 4 mile run planned. Slow build after coming from a damn Achilles tendonitis. Training for an ultra later this year, but slowly slowly….
a bit of indoor cycling on the trainer, doing 8 x 30 seconds sprints with 1:30 minutes of rest between them
An hour on the bike trainer if it is raining or two hours on the road if dry. Hopefully that will be long enough to burn off enough calories that will be added back with a Valentines meal in the evening!
I plan to get an hour long mountain bike ride in for valentines… After that spend some time with my new son who is 5 weeks old and 2 year old daughter and of course my lovely wife!
Weirdly enough, I am going on a 5 mile run with my ex girlfriend on Valentines day!
It’s supposed to be -3 windchill here, that’s outdoor bike riding weather! 20 miles or so to avoid frostbite.
