Knee surgery this afternoon, so will be recovering from General Anaesthetic on Valentine’s. Luckily, other half is happy with movable feasts and we’ve already celebrated!

Getting rid of the flu…
My GF and I will not be running together on St. Valentine’s, she’s injured and needs to recover.
I’ll be following the original plan, the Run 5.30 (5.30km run at 5.30AM) organized for the Venice Carnival.

I will skip my training and go for a walk with my wife =)

Either 10 miles before she gets up, or our first family run (1-2 miles) as she just started running!
Usual start. 5km Tempo run at 6am. Off to work for the rest of daylight hours :(

Working on saturday during the day, in the evening going for a run of 45min. On Sundaymorning riding the bike for 90km.
All because no girlfriend and I like it :)

The hopes are for the first easy 10K run after my jumpers knee injury. Let’s see if the knee is well enough to keep up the pace ;)
My loving husband and personal trainer is helping me prepare for my first triathlon. So tomorrow we will be starting early with a 20 mile ride followed by a 5 mile run. I’m so grateful to have him by my side, pushing me up the hills when my legs can no longer. I have claimed ownership of his much loved Garmin 310XT so he has been downgraded to carrying his phone on our rides/runs to record on Strava. This prize would be such a blessing.
As part of my training for the Hamburg Maraton I am doing a 25km slow pace run
A nice 3-4 mile run, and then spending the rest of the day doing whatever my wife wants to do (hooray for grandparent babysitters!)

My very first proper swim in approx. 10 years which marks my first day of 6 week training for my first ever sprint Triathlon!!
Currently exploring Sri Lanka Witt the side, and climbing Hils, hiking through forrest and having al sorts og fun is plenty of training
