On valentine’s day, my wife will do 8K with 5min speed intervals. I’ll go on a 15K post-valentine run on sunday.

I’ll be doing a Parkrun in the morning, a tattoo in the afternoon and then a long run the next day!
65k ride, then 3k run in London. Then, get home and check Strava to see what sort of training my lovely girlfriend has been doing in Melbourne, Australia!

My daughter’s birthday is on Valentine’s day which means eating a lot of home baked cakes :-) I will run 20K in the evening to burn all calories… It’s part of my training for Marathon (April)
12K Row in the morning, followed by a 20km cycle there and back. If I’m not asleep, may do something for Valentine’s day!
I run a 10 km track around my city on Valentine’s day!
My plan is to run 25km as part of my training schedule to the Rome Marathon in March! :)

It will be time to do something special ! So I’m planning to take my pair of favourite trail shoes, hit the road to the forest near my home and do 15K of active cross with plenty of ascents !

I’ll be doing Heaton Park parkrun (parkruns are free, weekly timed 5k runs in parks all over the UK and increasingly in other countries too) as a tempo run.
I will run a 15K tempo + warm-up and cool down.
There is a valentine day’s 10k race on Sat near the canal de l’ourcq in Paris :-p this is my plans for the v day :)
Getting back to training with first indoor cycling session after 3 weeks with a knee injury.

TONIGHT: KFC Valentine’s 10km tonight (Run)
TOMORROW: Big Red Barn 40km MTB Training ride – my special lady will wake up to sweet sounds (I know the time she’s planning on being up and have arranged the timer accordingly)
SUNDAY: Gentle 3km pool swim at the gym with my lady.
I’ve arranged for the kids to be accommodated for the weekend by my mother-in-law, so my special lady can relax and be spoiled all weekend. I’d really like to provide her with a new fitness gadget to boot. ;)
Irish 50k championship (not that I’ll be at the sharp end of course!).
A workout with my pink kettlebell. Because… well, apparently, pink is V Day’s colour.
Two tough hours on the trainer followed by a transition run. My wife will be thrilled.
A 5k training run with my partner and two Jack Russells pulling us along
Ive recently moved to a new country / city, so ill be exploring the area in the saddle, hopefully with some locals!

Me and my partner are supporting a group of refugees from Syria. We collected 2nd hand sports clothing and gave that to the refugees so that they can do some sports.
