Early morning 2hr bike/run brick
I will do my 14th session of 5K training plan – since this will be Saturday, i will take an oportunity and go running during a day :-) (normally i can run only after 21:00 – 14 month old love has higher priority :-) ).
I will take my car and do some forest trail running around my nearest lake – this will be done during my daughters nap – somewhere around 11am-12am).
Then we will do some family walk near the local river (i live in Płock, Poland – Vistula river and great medieval cathedral :-) )
In the evening i will use all my charm to trick my wife into “sleeping” our daughter while i will go for a quick 2000m swim. On my way back i wont forget to buy a bottle of wine and we will watch Napoleon Dynamite (not sure if it actually happens because my wife doesnt like that movie but it is always good to wish :-) )
ok, now, when i look at my post im pretty sure that we will not watch Napoleon Dynamite… but the post was supposed to be about training anyway… :-)
A run and a trainer ride… Unfortunately I’m currently spending 10 weeks on the other side of the world and my girlfriend is still in Europe!
Early morning 60km cycle with mates in the morning, then rest of the day with the family. Valentines gift already sorted. :-)
Cross-country skiing with my 3 year old daughter :)
Easy bike up to one hour – my wife, long run 2h for me:). Then some nice walk with our kids in a nearby park :)
Strength training if I recovered from the flu…:(
I’m going to Spain, to make an intensive cycling training with my triathlon club…… far away from my valentine! (but she’s ok with that :))

Depends on the weather. A hike/picnic on Path of the Gods would be ideal, but setting the bike trainer next to the treadmill will do in a pinch.
Intense cycling in my gym and long run in Parc Montsouris and Cite Universitaire in Paris to get ready for the Paris half-marathon occuring in 3 weeks !!!
My Valentine’s day 9k fast pace followed by 13,5k average pace.
Swim and weights, then some heavy breathing and heart rate racing at 50 Shades…. then again maybe not :)
Long Run training for Roma-Ostia Half Maraton!
15 miler!
We have the Barcelona half marathon on Sunday, so our training plans include drinking sangria and eating as much tapas and paella as our stomachs can manage. And then a little more, gotta put in that extra effort.
Cycle for 30ks and then a 10k run
Will take me time to run one hour with my wife and my children in the trolley.
I have 5 miles fasted in the morning and 6 miles in the afternoon. And 14 miles on sunday.
30minutes of cardio then paint the boy’s bedroom.
My Valetine’s training plan will consist of trying to keep up with my gf during her shopping spree at an outlet mall. I guess it’ll count as intervall training. :)
Also racing a 5K on Sunday!
It’s also my wife’s birthday on Valentine’s Day. Before brunch we’ll go for a relaxed (she’s pregnant…) run around Amsterdam’s beautiful canals…
Spending my day in a plane from Paris to Manille with my familly, not a lot of run in the plane unfortunatly….
Living in Hong Kong, morning ride to Shek O Beach and back, after that, hiking with my gf to “Dragon´s back” and picnic at the top :)

We’ll be running Sunday and cycling Saturday to give my girlfriend’s new Felt a test ride.
Saturday morning is for strength train, followed by the classic 8K trail run along the dry river, to finish with a horse meat sandwich fueling.

On Sunday at 10 a.m., we will run together a 10km race disguised (it’s a Carnaval run). I as Spiderman and her as Wonder Woman! It’s her first 10km race thus I will be running with her. I usually go for improvements in my personal best time for races but not this time. Love is compromise :)

I will drive to a bike path because it is the only safe outside option near me due to MASSIVE amounts of snow have obscured the road shoulders. I hope to sneak in an 8+mile run prior to yet another HUGE accumulation during another EXPLODING blizzard along the coast of midcoast MAINE. Hard to get your mileage in for a May marathon at SUGARLOAF mountain in this CHALLENGING winter but so far have 356.3 outside miles in 2015.
