Run 6 miles today and rode 20 miles on Sunday
Just finished a 2/14 25K training run. Getting ready for a 50K in April.
Nice workout in the morning before Valentine’s date. Sweet and simple!
Ran 8 miles with a friend before a latter running date with my wife.
Simpy recover day with a lady. Maybe a short run in the evening.

While on trip on Atlanta, my plan is to complete a 10km run near to the hotel (if work permit that)
Probably some time on the treadmill based on the current wind and temperature.

12km morning run through the woods
A 50km all terrain bike from Paris to Rambouillet through the forest. Including the first portion on “la coulée verte” with the lady on her bicycle.
Scenic road ride in the Marin Headlands.
Preparing for the 20km de Bruxelles (20km of Brussels)!
A 30 km run going up 500 m in order to get a view of all the main mountains in the area

Went for an 80 minute quick bike ride followed by a 8 km intervalrun. Slowly building up again after sprankled ankle

A 12-mile cycle ride along some previously undiscovered roads.
A leisurely bike ride with the wife and kids is definitely the flavour of the day.
Whatever the husband deems appropriate to the celebration of the day! Pretty cold here and storm coming!

Small run
Post race workout. Really crapped the bed during the race so this would be a hard 6 mile tempo.
2 km of swimming with a lot of excersises in between.
An easy 5km Parkrun ready for a 20 mile race tomrrow
I ran 5k interval training
Myself and my wife we spent 3 hours in gym today by doing Bodypump, Spin, Cardio and Weights. Following by short coffee break, super healthy lunch and finishing with 5K run along Grand Canal in Dublin! The plan for next month is full day long (8.30am – 6pm!) fitness marathon in Glasgow.
V-day is a recovery day for us..
A 2 hour nordic walk, perfect for the weather.
I went for a 20 km Xc skate run where also got to race vs a dog that gave me lactate levels that I’ve not had in years…
10K run in the slushy conditions. Felt great!
Coaching swimming all weekend, and try to get 10 km somewhere in between!

Wish I was out running but I’m nursing a toothache (root canal on Tuesday). I’ll be back out there next week though and would love some new tech!

An easy run as preparation for the Rotterdam marathon
Did 6 miles with the snow falling.
On the injured reserve with a broken arm and a sinus infection. So my compromise is glut and corework.
10KM trail run
Today went for a 15 km hike with my Valentine. Tomorrow back to running, an easy 8km run around town.
1 hour ride so I can spend more time with the family.
Just a little bike ride: 80 miles and 5000ft of gain in sunny California :)

4 mile run on the treadmill–too cold outside to run (-10 degrees windchill)!!!
Rest week this weekend so just doing a short hour long bike ride!

11 mile group run followed by brunch.
I dreamt of a LSD with my wife.
However with 3 kids, I can only dream…
I ran half marathon in training.
90 minutes on the bike trainer.
I used for the first time my home-training. 45min of very intence home-biking!
still recovering from my 50m trail race, wondering when is to soon to get back on the ankle – dreaming of owning a device that can go more than 28 hours when I try my next run
Went for a 50k cycle with a group organised by Bella Velo, our local specialists in women’s bikes. When we were getting towards the end of the ride, my gorgeous husband surprised me by joining us for last few miles (after already having completed his own 35 mile ride. Happy training and happy Valentine’s Day!!!!
8km run with the usual suspects followed by a 5km Valentine’s day fun run hosted by our local running store.
Cold outside, looks like a gym for next 2 days, than maybe 6 miles jog on Monday…
